Super fast shipping is really important to us!

We are located in the United States and all items listed on the website are ready to ship. Your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. The regular and free shipping options will ship with USPS First Class Mail and usually take 2-5 days to arrive. The rush shipping option is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrives within 1-3 days of being shipped.

We do our very best to get your orders out as soon as possible, but once your order has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands and USPS has full control. Because of that we can’t guarantee any shipping times. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim; We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box in order to qualify and only one code may be applied per purchase. Coupons and shipping discounts cannot be refunded after the transaction has taken place.

Every screen is different and therefore the color you see on our website may not be the exact color of the item in real life. We do our best to capture product images in even lighting to show the exact color, but colors are hard and everyone sees them differently.

All of our items are created by human beings, and some slight differences in each item are to be expected. The fabrics we use have natural variations in them, so not every item is exactly the same.  We always choose the highest-quality materials and do our best to make each item as close to the listing photos as possible, but there may be small differences as we are not machines. This is the blessing of purchasing handmade items; each item is unique and made with so much human love! 

We cannot guarantee that all of our items will fit every baby, as not every baby is the same size. We do our best to create outfits that stretch to fit a wide variety of sizes, but reality is that babies range from 4-10+ pounds and that is a HUGE difference in sizing! Our outfits are made to fit MOST babies, but we can’t ensure that they will fit EVERY baby.
