Shipping policy

We are located in the United States and all items listed on the website are ready to ship. Your order will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing your order. 

We do our very best to get your orders out as soon as possible, but once your order has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands and USPS has full control. Because of that we can’t guarantee any shipping times. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim; We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any mistakes that the postal service may make. Once we have dropped off our packages, it is completely out of our hands. If your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office to file a claim. Please contact us at info@sweetbabyphotoprops.com if your order arrives damaged or incorrect and we would love to help.

RETURNED MAIL

If a package is returned to us we will contact you to inquire about what happened. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it mailed back out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

You are responsible for any customs fees that are charged by the postal service.
